Reconnect with your body's natural rhythm

Tuning fork sound therapy is a gentle, relaxing process using tuning forks set to specific frequencies. Sessions usually take place in a therapy room in Crofty, Gower, offering a calm space to slow down, settle, and reset.

On your first session, we spend a time getting to know you and understand your individual needs. This helps you feel comfortable and relaxed, as the more settled you are, the more effective the session can feel.

About Cris Bickford

Tuning Fork Sound Therapist

Cris Bickford is originally from The Mumbles area of Swansea, although he is now living in the village of Crofty in the beautiful Gower peninsula.

Cris struggled in both school and later in work with dyslexia (later diagnosed) as well as other undiagnosed challenges.

Because there was far less knowledge of neurodiversity in 1970’s and 80s, he found that he was bullied as well as feeling inadequate because he underachieved particularly in school.

Because of his experiences he now feels that he is better positioned to understand and empathise with the difficulties of his clients.

Cris is a kind and dedicated professional determined to provide an excellent service and help his clients to live their best lives.
