In your first session, we begin with a gentle chat in so you can arrive, settle, and feel comfortable. I will ask a few simple questions to understand what you would like from the session and invite you to set an intention, which you can keep private if you prefer. Before we start, I will show you the tuning forks I use and demonstrate the sound so everything feels familiar.
You will then relax on the therapy couch, or in a chair if that is more comfortable, with pillows and blankets available to help you feel supported. The session usually begins with a short moment of tuning in, then we move through a clear, cleanse and balance process from the feet up towards the head, using different forks as we go. Most people leave feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and calmer.
